I began working with GB two years ago when I was considering moving from my ranch house in Carmel with a large yard requiring lots of maintenance. He provided lots of options for nearby and Washington Township in Indpls. I changed my mind but this summer my decision was firm. He gave thorough initial explanations of dos and don'ts, and helped me establish the asking price but took into account my goals. After the house was put on the market in mid-October he had repeated open houses and disseminated the information about the house on all possible sources. He was very helpful and prompt in answering all questions and concerns during his time on the market. He definitely knows the business!
G.B. Is a real pro. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I didn’t really know what we wanted and dragged poor G.B. All around the city. After weeks of marathon searching, and an offer we ended up backing out on, we were amazed he stuck around for when we finally got back on the market. But we really had no reason to be, since G.B. Is extraordinarily patient and understanding. He genuinely loves houses and wanted to make sure you love yours too. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and I shudder to think what our home-buying process would have looked like without him!

GB spent the time with us to understand exactly what we were looking for and then, despite a fairly low inventory of condos for sale, presented several for consideration immediately as they came onto the market. We found what we were looking for with GB’s capable help. He knows the market and his help was critical to getting us squared away. GB was “all in” with us despite the lower price range. During a time when the housing market had very low inventory and homes were selling very quickly, GB was highly responsive, booked showings almost immediately, and acted quickly to obtain more information or to make offers. Very much appreciated his market knowledge and respected his recommendations. Always found him to be professional, very positive, and approachable.
