Williams Creek

Williams Creek is located along the northern portion of North Meridian Street in Washington Township. Williams Creek was initially developed in the 1920 - 1940 period. Home construction continued following World War II. In recent years, many homes have either undergone major renovations or have been removed and replaced with larger structures. Architectural styles range from luxury ranches and pre-war Revival styles to more recent “American Traditional” and contemporary homes. Williams Creek continues to be a self-governing “town” but was also included into the City of Indianapolis. Prices generally range from $300,000 to above $3 million.
