Butler-Tarkington

Bounded by North Meridian Street, Westfield Boulevard, Michigan Road, and 38th Street, Butler-Tarkington was largely developed between 1910 and 1940. Long one of Indianapolis’ favorite neighborhoods, its architectural styles range from modest cottages to large city estates. In recent years, many of the cottages have been renovated into larger homes. Prices generally range from $200,000 to $2 million.
